Then continue to do it on a regular basis, this way you will always have time for each other, which opens doors for communication, which is key for a healthy and trusting relationship.
2) Get Involved: Whether it be that you start volunteering as a coach in your child’s favorite sport, or attend every drama play of theirs, show that you care and that you’re proud of them and what they’re doing. Maybe find a place to do some volunteer work together, or find a hobby to learn together, or find a type of lessons to enroll in together, maybe join kick boxing or art classes, but find a way to benefit not only their physical well being but mental well being as well.
