Home Away From Home

I came to camp for the first time as a staff member in the summer of 2019 as a part of the ropes staff and it was my first time at a camp or in Canada. I live in England so traveling that far and staying somewhere for almost three months was a new and slightly nervous experience but as soon as I got to camp, I met some amazing people and life long friends. I learned so many new skills and mad a lot of memories. We all became a family there and I can say without a doubt, working at Olympia last year was the greatest summer I've ever experienced. There were so many people who looked out for me and who I still talk to now. It was an unreal experience, full of laughter and compassion. I would encourage anyone to go to Olympia Sports Camp and experience something spectacular.
